The agreement was signed during the official visit of Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Dushanbe in June 2021.<\/p><p>The company was established in the form of an LLC with an initial authorized capital of $12 million with a gradual increase to $50 million. The share of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan in the formation of its authorized capital is 75%, the share of SUE Tajinvest is 25%.<\/p><p>The investment company is engaged in financing joint projects in Tajikistan.
